What you’ll do
  • Take on a variety of joinery tasks, both indoors and outdoors, to ensure our properties remain in great condition.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and industry regulations to keep things up to standard.
  • Stay informed on Building Regulations, Codes of Practice, and Risk Assessments relevant to the trade.
  • Keep appointments and complete repairs on time to provide great service.
  • Keep customers informed throughout the process.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders – always treating people and their property with respect.

What we are looking for

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A full UK driving licence.
  • Recognised trade qualification (NVQ/SVQ/City & Guilds) or equivalent time served.
  • Knowledge of all types of joinery works for both internal and external customers.
  • Knowledge and understanding of health and safety at work.
  • Experience of dealing with people in a customer service environment.
