Experienced Joiner Required
Location: Leyland area
Department: Property Services
Hours: 39 hours per week
Driving Requirement: Must hold a full UK driving licence and be able to drive between multiple locations
Job Purpose
To carry out reactive repairs, void reinstatement, planned maintenance, and installation tasks across internal and external properties. The role requires adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities Perform all types of joinery work to a satisfactory standard.Comply with Health and Safety requirements, legislation, and codes of practice.Adhere to Building Regulations and Risk Assessments relevant to the trade.Keep appointments and complete repairs promptly within agreed timescales.Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, treating property with respect.Collaborate with colleagues on multi-trade jobs.Report productivity barriers and work with managers to resolve issues.Accurately complete documentation for materials and time spent.Manage materials and follow stock procedures, ensuring good condition.Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform daily checks, reporting defects.Adecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
