** Customer Service Representative
**** Part Time
** We're looking for a caring and compassionate Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for our patients, visitors, and the public. In this role, you will be responsible for responding promptly to inquiries, documenting interactions, and coordinating closely with the Admissions department and other departments of the hospital to ensure efficient patient flow and positive service experiences.

What You'll Do:
* Greet and welcome patients, families, and visitors in a courteous, professional, and compassionate manner
* Respond promptly to patient and public inquiries in person, by phone, or electronically
* Obtain and evaluate relevant information to appropriately handle questions, concerns, and complaints
* Follow up on customer interactions to ensure resolution and satisfaction
* Accompany patients to designated service areas when needed and assists with navigation throughout the facility

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Knowledge of customer service principles and practices required
* One (1) to two (2) years of experience in a hospital, clinic, or physician office setting preferred
* Bilingual ability (English/Spanish) preferred###
