Position Summary:
Liberal Public Schools is seeking an innovative, collaborative, and student-centered Instructional Coach to support teachers in strengthening instructional practices and improving student achievement. The ideal candidate is a highly effective educator with a passion for adult learning, coaching, and continuous improvement. The Instructional Coach partners with teachers, administrators, and district leaders to implement research-based instructional strategies, analyze student data, support curriculum implementation, and build teacher capacity through job-embedded professional learning.

- Perform other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Valid Kansas Teaching License
- Demonstrated successful classroom teaching experience
- Strong knowledge of curriculum, assessment, and instructional practices
- Excellent communication, collaboration, organization, and leadership skills
- Master's degree in Education or related field
- Experience as a teacher leader or instructional coach
- Knowledge of the Literacy First Framework
- Experience facilitating professional development
- Experience using student achievement data to improve instruction
- ESOL Endorsement preferred ($500 annual stipend for Kansas ESOL licensed employees)
- Experience supporting MTSS and PLCs
