** Sterile Technician

** We are seeking a diligent and caring Sterile Technician to assist in decontamination, sterilization, and distribution of surgical equipment. In this role, you will operate sterilization tools, maintain sterile storage, and adhere to strict infection control protocols.

What You'll Do:
* Demonstrate ability to consistently assist surgeon in all services (General, Ortho, OB/GYN, Uro, etc.)
* Assist with assessment, intervention, and coordination of care for high-risk, deteriorating, or complex patients
* Support adherence to evidence-based practice, regulatory standards, and organizational policies
* Consistently scrubs, gowns, gloves, and sets up sterile field in an appropriate time frame
* Check that instrumentation is complete and in working order prior to sterilization
* Run test loads, biologicals, test strips to verify sterilization and cleaning methods are in working order and logging according to policy
* Work closely with the board runner, surgeons, nurses, and surgical techs to ensure they have the necessary sterile equipment needed for each case
* Monitor inventory levels and restock sterile instruments as needed
* Verify implant logs match what was used in cases

Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or equivalent required
* Basic Life Support required
* Completion or enrollment in sterile processing program preferred
* Previous sterile processing experience or equivalent preferred###
