Must-Have: Bachelor's Degree or higher from a regionally accredited college/university in Chemical, Physical, Biological, Clinical Laboratory Science, or Medical Technology
Description:
This is an exempt position with regular hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.On-call duty is required and is shared with other laboratory staff.
Response for call-backs will be necessary to help cover areas due to staffing needs.
The candidate must have the ability to work in all areas of a hospital laboratory.
Experience with CAP Survey is preferred.
The laboratory offers a variety of testing services including chemistry, hematology, serology, urinalysis, coagulation, blood bank, molecular, and microbiology testing.
The laboratory serves outpatients Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM.The position involves supervising a smaller team, including technicians and phlebotomists across different shifts.
Jewelry must be kept to a minimum while on duty.
Visible face and body piercings beyond traditional ear piercings and small nose studs are not permitted.
