Docor of physical therapy (DPT) or Bachelor's degree in physical therapy

Call of policy: 2 hours before shift starts

Unit overview: OP, IP, SNU

Scrub Colors:
Any professional scrubs

Relocation allowance: Up to $2500, receipts required for reimbursement
Sign on bonus: $1000- $5000 paid upon first pay period after employment, and $2000 paid after the completion of years 1-3 of employment.
