Director of Marketing and Business Development

The Marketing & Business Development Director position provides strategic leadership for marketing, communications, public relations, physician recruitment and retention, business development, community engagement, and community health initiatives. This is a full-time, exempt position reporting directly to the CEO. Occasional evening and weekend availability is required.

• Develop and execute strategic marketing and business development plans.
• Lead digital, print, broadcast, and social media campaigns.
• Oversee brand management, public relations, website content, and community outreach.
• Support physician recruitment, retention, and service-line growth.
• Coordinate community events, health fairs, and public education initiatives.
• Manage the department’s budget, vendors, and marketing performance.
• Serve as the organization’s primary media and public communications contact.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, English, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required.
• Progressive leadership experience in healthcare marketing, communications, or business development preferred.
• Experience overseeing multi-site healthcare marketing operations strongly preferred.
• Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Bilingual communication capabilities in English and Spanish are highly valued.
