Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical Surgical (Med Surg)

Location: Liberal, Kansas

Schedule: 12‑hour shifts | Days & Nights | Rotate as needed

Join a supportive acute care team in a 20‑bed Medical Surgical unit delivering high‑quality, patient‑centered care in a fast‑paced environment. This opportunity is ideal for both new graduates and experienced RNs looking to grow strong clinical skills across diverse patient needs.

• Provide safe, effective care to up to 6 patients per assignment (6:1 ratio)
• Perform comprehensive assessments and respond to changes in patient condition
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and wound care
• Manage admissions, discharges, and patient education
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and communication

• Active RN license
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and multitasking skills
• Experience in Med/Surg preferred (not required for new grads)
• Willingness to float to Skilled Nursing and Post‑Partum (OB) as needed
• Commitment to teamwork and patient‑centered care

• BLS required; ACLS and PALS can be obtained within 6 months of hire
• Every other weekend and holiday rotation
• Professional appearance policy while on duty
• Competitive starting pay (higher for BSN and experience)
• $27/hr and above
