**** Full Time
** We’re seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality patient care on an assigned unit under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. In this role, you’ll support patients, collaborate with the healthcare team, and help maintain a safe, efficient, and patient-centered environment.
What You’ll Do:
* Provide direct patient care within the LPN scope of practice
* Oversee and support Certified Nursing Assistants
* Collect and report patient data
* Reinforce patient education using the Teach Back method
* Assist with patient discharges and ongoing care planning
* Engage patients and families in the plan of care
* Respect and support patient treatment preferences
* Help monitor and maintain unit supplies and equipment
* Offer feedback to the Nurse Manager regarding annual budgets
* Demonstrate proficiency in all job responsibilities
Requirements:
* Current Kansas LPN license or Kansas temporary LPN license
* CPR Certified
* Previous experience in a medical office, public health, or clinical setting with knowledge of VFC program highly preferred.###
