CNA-SDC

We’re looking for a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our nursing team. In this role, you’ll support nurses by providing essential, hands‑on patient care that ensures comfort, safety, and dignity for every individual we serve.

• Provide routine patient care within the CNA scope of practice
• Assist with personal needs, comfort, and environmental safety
• Admit patients, complete assessments, and ensure timely documentation
• Collect and report vital signs, I&O, weights, and other key data
• Keep the nurse informed of changes in patient condition
• Scan and document supply charges; assist in reconciling missing charges
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality at all times
• Demonstrate competence through annual and unit-specific skills validation

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Successful completion of an approved CNA course (required)
• Additional coursework in medical terminology, technology, or basic computer skills (preferred)
