We’re seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality patient care on an assigned unit under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. In this role, you’ll support patients, collaborate with the healthcare team, and help maintain a safe, efficient, and patient-centered environment.
What You’ll Do:- Provide direct patient care within the LPN scope of practice
- Oversee and support Certified Nursing Assistants
- Collect and report patient data
- Reinforce patient education using the Teach Back method
- Assist with patient discharges and ongoing care planning
- Engage patients and families in the plan of care
- Respect and support patient treatment preferences
- Help monitor and maintain unit supplies and equipment
- Offer feedback to the Nurse Manager regarding annual budgets
- Demonstrate proficiency in all job responsibilities
- Current Kansas LPN license or Kansas temporary LPN license
- CPR Certified
