Quality Assurance Clerk, Liberal, Kansas

• Handle confidential and proprietary information and reports
• Manage tasks assigned by the Quality Assurance Manager and Corporate Technical Services
• Daily reporting and other duties
• Daily filing
• Assist with new packaging component changes
• Answer phones and emails
• Manage daily department time and attendance
• Other duties as assigned

Schedule will vary based on production needs.

This is a safety-sensitive position. This is an on-site position.

• UKG (Kronos) experience preferred but not required
• Ability to use phone, fax, scanner and copier
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of production and management
• Strong listening/comprehension skills
• Strong work ethic, a self-starter with a positive attitude
• Reliable attendance with the willingness to be at work every day on time
• Good time management skills
• Perform tasks accurately and efficiently
• Ability to work as a team and also at times alone
• Ability to multi-task
• Computer knowledge, proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with the aptitude for learning computer programs quickly
• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) is preferred
