Automotive Sales Manager – Lewis Chevrolet of Liberal (Liberal, KS)
Lead a Winning Sales TeamLewis Chevrolet of Liberal is looking for an experienced Automotive Sales Manager to lead our sales team and help drive continued growth.
Compensation- $6,000-$10,000 Monthly
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team
- Help sales close deals and serve customers
- Maintain high customer satisfaction
- Monitor inventory and pricing strategies
- Develop sales goals and track performance
- Use software to manage daily operations
- Participate in management meetings
- At least 1 year of automotive sales management experience
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver s license
- Established dealership with a strong reputation
