Job Overview
The Parts Distribution (Part-Time) is responsible for picking, packing, delivering, and shipping parts for customers. The position also includes completing inventory counts, building hoses, and loading or unloading trucks as needed throughout the day. Shift: 7:00AM - 1:00PM.
What You Will Do in This Role- Complete orders by pulling parts, preparing them for shipment, and ensuring timely delivery to the correct location.
- Load orders into vehicles using hand tools, forklifts, and hand trucks.
- Process inbound and outbound parts orders.
- Audit and inventory parts.
- Assemble and disassemble all types of hydraulic hoses.
- Greet and assist internal and external customers.
- Participate in weekend work schedules as needed.
- Travel as required for training or to assist other locations.
- Warehouse experience.
- General computer knowledge.
- Customer service experience.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive for business purposes.
- Experience working with parts in a warehouse or distribution setting.
- Hands‑on experience assembling and building hoses.

This role involves active work in a parts warehouse and distribution environment. The employee must be able to perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation. These functions may include:
- Occasional lifting of heavier items up to 75 pounds.
- Regular lifting and carrying of parts weighing up to 50pounds.
- Standing and walking for extended periods, with occasional sitting.
- Frequent bending, crouching, and reaching at various heights, including overhead.
- Pushing and pulling materials or equipment with moderate to heavy force.
- Climbing stairs, ladders, or equipment to access inventory.
- Frequent use of hands for gripping, handling, and fine motor coordination when working with parts and tools.
- Maintaining full range of motion, including neck and trunk movement and rotation.
- Performing tasks requiring coordination of hands, feet, and visual focus.
- Operating warehouse tools and equipment safely (e.g., carts, lifts, or other department tools).
- Visual abilities including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
- Communicating effectively to support team coordination and customer needs.
- Driving or traveling for business purposes, depending on location and role responsibilities.
