Job Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for customers, visitors, and callers

Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner

Greet guests and assist with directing them to the appropriate department or team member

Provide accurate information regarding dealership services and operations

Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area Assist with basic administrative and clerical tasks

Support dealership departments with customer communication and scheduling needs

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries as needed
