Job Responsibilities
**** Serve as the first point of contact for customers, visitors, and callers
* Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
* Greet guests and assist with directing them to the appropriate department or team member
* Provide accurate information regarding dealership services and operations
* Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area
* Assist with basic administrative and clerical tasks
* Support dealership departments with customer communication and scheduling needs
* Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries as needed

*** Receptionist / Phone Operator Qualifications
**** Previous receptionist, customer service, administrative, or call-handling experience preferred
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Professional and friendly demeanor
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
* Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and email systems
* Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
* Dependable attendance and strong attention to detail
* High school diploma or equivalent preferred
