• Serve as the first point of contact for customers, visitors, and callers
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Greet guests and assist with directing them to the appropriate department or team member
• Provide accurate information regarding dealership services and operations
• Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area
• Assist with basic administrative and clerical tasks
• Support dealership departments with customer communication and scheduling needs
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries as needed
• Maintain professionalism and exceptional customer service in all interactions

• Previous receptionist, customer service, administrative, or call-handling experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional and friendly demeanor
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and email systems
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable attendance and strong attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
