Part Time Special Assets Officer

We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Special Assets Officer to join a leading Credit Union on a temporary, part-time basis. The assignment is anticipated to last from September 7, 2026 through January 31, 2027, working Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. The Special Assets Officer will primarily assist with lower-stage real estate collections while providing exceptional member service and supporting additional clerical and administrative needs as assigned.

Wage - $24.32/hour

• Assist with lower-stage real estate collections and member outreach.
• Provide empathetic, professional, and member-focused service when discussing sensitive financial circumstances.
• Complete clerical and administrative tasks as assigned.
• Work across multiple computer systems and Microsoft applications.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation while following compliance requirements.
• Balance productivity and accuracy when managing detail-oriented work.
• Support the Special Assets Department with additional duties as needed.

• Previous experience in collections, customer service, financial services, credit unions, or contact centers preferred.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft applications.
• Ability to navigate and work across multiple systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle sensitive financial information with professionalism and empathy.
• Comfortable working in a compliance-focused environment.
