We are looking for a knowledgeable Payroll Analyst to support and assist with ensuring efficient and accurate employee data and payroll data administration and reporting in a timely manner.
Duties- Assist with the preparation of new employee onboarding as it relates to payroll
- Assist with the processing of weekly payroll batches as needed
- Run internal audits to ensure accuracy of data and records
Assist with employee transfers, position changes and location updates - Help to maintain and reconcile employee records in HRIS including but not limited to new hires, terminations, benefits and other changes
- Assist with creating and analyzing of payroll reports and data extracts
- Communicate with other departments regarding status changes and updates
- Ensure FRHC compliance with federal / state/ local laws, and taxes
- Garnishment processing
- Any other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrated strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience in Payroll
- Experience in the health care field
- The Payroll Analyst will spend 95% of their time in an office environment indoors.
- The usual business hours for this role will be Monday through Friday 8am-5pm
- This position will require travel as appropriate, approximately 5% of the time.
This position will not have any direct supervision responsibility.
