Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting endpoint security applications such as Microsoft Defender, Sophos, and Absolute.
• Experience supporting video surveillance systems and software, such as Open Eye.
• Experience using SCCM and Microsoft Intune to configure, manage, or support devices in an enterprise environment.
• Experience managing devices through platforms such as Google Admin, Jamf Pro, Gopher Tools, and Apple School Manager.
• Experience supporting physical access control systems and software, such as Avigilon.
• Experience supporting users, devices, or services within a Microsoft Azure enterprise environment.
• Experience supporting Microsoft SharePoint and One Drive in an enterprise environment.

Employees anticipated to work more than 630 hours per year are eligible for benefits through the School Employees Benefits Board (SEBB). Positions anticipated to work 70 hours or more per month for at least 5 months over a 12-month period are eligible for retirement through the State Department of Retirement Services.
