CNC Lathe Set-Up Operator
Job Duties:
- Set up and operate CNC lathes for production and prototype parts.
- Perform tool changes, tool offsets, and machine adjustments.
- Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and technical documents.
- Inspect parts using measuring tools to ensure quality standards.
- Troubleshoot machining and production issues.
- Meet production cycle times while maintaining accuracy.
- Pre-stage materials and support efficient production flow.
- Follow safety procedures and work instructions.
- Participate in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
Requirements:
- CNC Lathe Set-Up experience required.
- CNC Machining Certificate or 3+ years of machine shop experience preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T.
- Experience using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools.
- Strong math, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must have a basic set of personal tools.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Liberty Lake, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00/hr.
