Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Quality Assurance Manager for an on-site role at our Liberty Lake, WA location. The Quality Assurance Manager will oversee and implement quality control processes to ensure all products meet industry standards and customer expectations. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining quality assurance systems (e.g., ISO 9001:2008 compliance), leading quality audits, analyzing product quality metrics, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and managing a team of quality assurance professionals.

Coordination with production and engineering teams to address quality issues and optimize efficiency will also be a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in quality assurance standards, methodologies, and systems (e.g., ISO certifications)
  • Proficiency in quality audits, process control, and risk management
  • Strong analytical skills for assessing data and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
  • Team leadership and collaboration skills to effectively oversee and develop quality assurance staff
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry, particularly with precision metal products, is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with process optimization and productivity software/tools is a plus
