Salary Range: $17.13 - $20.83 per hour plus $3.00 shift differential eligibility.

• Consistently provide prompt and courteous customer service, including at the gas pump.
• Accurately ring up all sales on the POS system and comply with all cash‑handling procedures.
• Manage all cash and other forms of tender (e.g., coupons).
• Follow company policies, store procedures, and all safety and environmental policies.
• Receive, stock, and organize merchandise.
• Assist in maintaining proper inventory levels and completing shift audits.
• Participate in safety programs and trainings; attend mandatory job‑related meetings as needed.
• Perform cleaning duties necessary to maintain site cleanliness and basic upkeep of equipment; report equipment problems.
• Work as a positive team player, collaborating with other employees and contributing to a positive work environment.
• Perform all duties with minimal supervision; agree to work flexible hours, attend meetings, and other duties as assigned.
• Obtain and maintain all required food and age‑restricted product certifications within two weeks of employment.

• Stand or walk for an entire shift.
• See with 20/40 vision (corrective lenses acceptable) to read inventory levels, items purchased, gas‑pump operation, and problems.
• Communicate information clearly and exchange accurate information in various situations.
• Follow safety procedures, including responding to alarms and contacting emergency services.
• Reach overhead, grip, and move wrists and fingers frequently for restocking, packaging, operating POS and gas‑pumps.
• Squat and kneel frequently to obtain and replenish items.
• Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds using a hand truck.
• Lift 20 pounds or less from floor to waist or overhead; occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Climb a step ladder to stock or retrieve materials.

To meet the basic qualifications for this role you must be at least 21 years old and have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales and cash handling preferred.
• Perform basic math accurately.
• Communicate in English (orally and in writing), including proficient telephone skills.
• Work various shifts as scheduled and arrive on time.
• Use equipment, tools, and materials as required.
• Perform essential duties and work in the conditions described.

Part‑time employees are also granted 29 hours of vacation starting the first day after their one‑year anniversary; thereafter, vacation accrues bi‑weekly based on years of service.
