Position Summary
The hybrid BDR role is a full‑cycle pipeline generation position that owns all lead sources for a defined set of accounts. Each Hybrid BDR is aligned to one Sales Manager (DSM) and partners with 3-5 Account Manager / Solutions Engineer pairs and their book of business. This is a quota‑carrying role with an annual quota and quarterly targets. The expectation is simple: meet and exceed targets by executing with urgency, strong habits, and customer‑focused discovery across inbound and outbound motions.
Responsibilities- Own all lead sources for a defined set of accounts
- Partner with 3-5 Account Manager / Solutions Engineer (AM/SE) pairs and their book of business
- Maintain and exceed quarterly targets and annual quota
- Execute with urgency, strong habits, and customer‑focused discovery across inbound and outbound motions
Hybrid:
Employees within 30 commutable miles of an F5 office are required to work from the office a minimum of 30 business days per quarter.
Remote:
Primarily work from a designated home location but can come into an F5 office to work or travel to an offsite location as needed.
The annual base pay for this position is: $49,900.00 - $74,900.00. You may also be offered incentive compensation, bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits. More details about F5’s benefits can be found at: F5 reserves the right to change or terminate any benefit plan without notice.
