• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics on Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vehicles
• Conduct thorough inspections to identify and diagnose complex problems
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Sprinter models, systems, and technologies
• Utilize manufacturer‑specific tools, equipment, and software to perform repairs and maintenance
• Collaborate with Service Advisors and other technicians to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of work performed, including repair orders and inspection reports
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with manufacturer updates and industry advancements
• Adhere to safety protocols and best practices to ensure a safe working environment

• 2+ years of experience as a technician, preferably with Mercedes‑Benz Sprinter vans
• Knowledge of Ford, Dodge, GM models and systems, e.g., Ford E‑Series and Transit, Ram Pro Master, or Chevrolet Express
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet productivity standards
• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre‑employment drug screen
