Software Engineer
Requirements Must have:
- We require a bachelors degree in computer science or a related discipline.
- We look for 2–5 years of relevant experience and/or training.
- We need strong proficiency in C++, Java, and JavaScript, along with a solid grasp of development practices.
- We expect a firm understanding of object-oriented programming and software development methods.

- We develop software for the Apex Server application, including new features, updates, bug fixes, and unit tests.
- We review development requests and choose the most efficient path forward.
- We work with internal departments and customers to gather information needed to deliver software that meets user needs.
- We support troubleshooting efforts by helping resolve customer issues with the software.
- We assist other developers with questions about processes, coding standards, algorithms, and related practices.
- We communicate tasks and ideas clearly with developers, management, other departments, and customers.
- We analyze requirements from multiple sources and determine the best way to satisfy them.
- We review code written by others to ensure it meets company, department, and team standards.
- We take on additional duties as needed or assigned.
