Position OverviewGasser Chair is seeking a motivated, organized, and professional Administrative Assistant to support executive and administrative functions during a temporary leave of absence.
This position will play an important role in ensuring the day-to-day operations of our Corporate Office continue to run smoothly. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, customer-service focused, and comfortable managing a variety of administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
The Administrative Assistant will work closely with executive leadership and corporate team members while supporting scheduling, communications, expense reporting, document preparation, and other administrative functions.
Position DetailsLocation: Youngstown, Ohio (On-Site)
Job Type: Temporary, Full-Time
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Compensation: Based on qualifications and experience
- Providing administrative support to executive leadership and corporate team members
- Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments
- Assisting with travel arrangements, reservations, and meeting logistics
- Processing and tracking expense reports through Concur
- Preparing correspondence, reports, presentations, and business documents
- Answering, screening, and directing incoming phone calls and communications
- Coordinating internal meetings and supporting event logistics as needed
- Maintaining electronic and physical filing systems
- Assisting with special projects and administrative initiatives
- Supporting day-to-day office operations and administrative workflow
- Maintaining confidentiality while handling sensitive information and communications
- Experience supporting executive leadership within a growing manufacturing organization
- Exposure to a variety of business functions, departments, and corporate operations
- Hands‑on experience with administrative systems, scheduling, and business processes
- Opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects that support organizational effectiveness
- Experience working in a collaborative and professional office environment
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, Office Coordinator, or similar administrative role preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Experience with Concur or similar expense management systems is preferred
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with others
- Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset
