- Lead worship within both permanent and portable church models, coordinating setup/teardown and partnering with Production, Set-Up, Tear-Down, and Guest Services teams to ensure consistent, excellent environments.
- Oversee repeatable systems for portable worship execution (equipment flow, stage layout, sound checks, transitions), with an eye toward long-term scalability as the Northland Campus grows.
- Recruit, train, schedule, and shepherd a volunteer worship and production team; identify, mentor, and reproduce leaders to build sustainable ministry capacity.
- Provide pastoral care, encouragement, and spiritual leadership for all worship and production volunteers.
- Plan and execute worship for all campus-related needs, including Student/Next Gen ministries, weddings, funerals, and special events.
