• Instructional Coach ELA/Literacy

• 7 HOURS PER DAY (3 days per week)

• 120 days per year (3 days per week)

• Education:
  
  Valid Ohio Teaching License required
• ELA licensure (grades K-12 or appropriate grade band) preferred
• K-12 Reading Endorsement on Ohio teaching license preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Education required;
  Master's degree in Education, Reading, or Literacy preferred
• Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of successful classroom teaching experience, including ELA or literacy instruction
• Demonstrated knowledge of Ohio's Learning Standards for English Language Arts
• Experience implementing evidence-based literacy practices and structured literacy instruction
• Knowledge of and experience with MTSS/RtI frameworks and tiered instructional support
• Experience administering and interpreting literacy screeners and diagnostic assessments to identify students at risk
• Experience using student data to drive instructional decisions
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively with adult learners as a coach, mentor, and professional development facilitator
• Adhere to Licensure Code of Professional Conduct for Ohio Educators
• Must have successful BCI & FBI background checks
• Must have successful drug test results
• Must be willing and able to carry out the duties of the job description
• Must perform any additional duties as assigned by building/district administration
