Experience Requirements

• Previous experience as an Assembly Technician, Mechanical Assembler, or similar manufacturing role preferred
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Basic math and measurement skills

Job Duties

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and assembly specifications
• Assemble components and products according to engineering requirements
• Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery to complete assembly tasks
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications
• Troubleshoot assembly issues and implement corrective actions
• Perform routine maintenance on assembly equipment
• Document assembly issues and process deviations
• Partner with engineers and quality teams to improve manufacturing processes
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Assist with training new team members on assembly procedures
