GHR Healthcare - PH Division is seeking a Travel Nurse RN Hospice for a travel nursing job in Girard, Ohio.

• Territory: Trumbull, Mahoning, and Columbiana Counties
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,692 – $1,880
• Travel and mileage reimbursement: Provided
• Overtime & Holiday Rate: 1.3x standard rate
• Callback Rate: 1.0x standard rate

• Minimum 1 year of recent hospice RN experience (within the past 3 years)
• Proficiency with HCHB (Homecare Homebase) – required
• Experience with OASIS documentation – required
• Active Ohio or Compact Registered Nurse License (must be in hand at the time of application)
• Current BLS certification

• Provide compassionate hospice nursing care in home and facility settings throughout Northeast Ohio
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and create individualized care plans
• Document patient care accurately using HCHB and OASIS systems
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams for high-quality, patient-centered care
• Educate patients and families about hospice services, symptom management, and end-of-life care
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards
