The PCC‑RN is responsible for managing nursing care for patients and families within the outpatient endoscopy setting. The role requires assessing, prescribing, implementing, coordinating, delegating, and evaluating nursing care across all phases of endoscopic procedures. The RN works closely with physicians, anesthesia partners, and support staff to ensure safe, evidence‑based nursing care throughout pre‑procedure, intra‑procedure, and post‑procedure phases.

• Deliver safe, evidence‑based nursing care during pre‑procedure, intra‑procedure, and post‑procedure phases.
• Collaborate with physicians, anesthesia partners, and procedural team members to plan and execute procedures.
• Provide recovery care, patient education, and discharge preparation.
• Manage patient and family care needs, prioritizing patient care and providing leadership to the care team.
• Coordinate and supervise other members of the patient care team.
• Handle rotating call assignments and respond to late cases as needed.

• 2‑Year College Degree.
• Graduate of an accredited school of registered nursing.
• Current Ohio RN licensure or an interim permit.
• Previous surgical center experience preferred.
