Windsor Home Health is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our home health team in Ohio. You will provide nursing care under the direction of the Home Health RN and follow the Plan of Care to achieve positive patient outcomes.
Ideal candidates have an active OH LPN license, CPR certification, and strong time-management and communication skills. Home health experience is preferred, and a TB test, physical, and background check are required.
