Mercy Health Home Care and Hospice by Compassus is seeking a Hospice Admission Registered Nurse to assess eligibility and explain services to patients and families. The role collaborates with the Inter-Disciplinary Team to develop an initial plan of care and address patient needs, enabling quality time with loved ones.
The ideal candidate holds an RN license in the work state, has 2+ years of RN experience (hospice preferred), and maintains a valid driver’s license with CPR/BCLS certification.
