Overview

As the full-time Sales Leader, you support the Store Leadership Team by delivering strong Leader on Duty (LOD) shifts and ensuring a stellar guest experience. You manage daily store operations as needed, train, motivate and celebrate associates, and drive sales results while representing our company values and bringing your REAL self to work every day.

• You have a passion for driving sales: as a key LOD, you maximize fitting room and salesfloor productivity and build guest loyalty through a best-in-class in-store guest experience, supporting Store Leadership to maximize business opportunities and drive KPI results.
• Youre a people leader: you motivate and inspire the team through core values, model service standards on the Sales floor and in the fitting room, and hold associates accountable.
• Youve got an eye for talent and a love of training: recruit and hire strong talent to meet business needs; train and develop associates to provide outstanding service and a Guest First culture.
• You know that teamwork makes the dream work: set clear, attainable goals for Sales and Stock Associates, provide ongoing feedback through real-time coaching, motivate and celebrate outstanding performance.
• youre a visual & operational innovator: execute and innovate daily visual and operational procedures including shipment processing, merchandising moves and visual standards; ensure the fitting rooms are guest-ready and align with Brand Standards.

• Actual starting pay is determined by factors including relevant experience and location.
