Position OverviewWe are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse/Driver employee with driving experience to join our team at our Liberty Roofing Center location in New Kensington, PA. The position requires the employee be able to safely load and unload product efficiently in a timely manner.
Responsibilities- Overall accountability for inbound and outbound inventory
- Maintain efficient and accurate picking/packing and loading/unloading of inventory
- Implement warehouse/yard policies and procedures following safety guidelines
- Assist Branch/Operations Manager in cycle counts and inventory control
- Maintain a clean, safe and organized warehouse/yard
- Operate forklift and piggyback forklift for heavy lifting
- Assist with job site deliveries
- Demonstrate professionalism at all times
- Maintain equipment knowledge
- Support other duties as assigned
- Valid driver's license
- Box truck delivery experience
- Forklift certification preferred; 1 year forklift experience
- Pass physical examination and drug screen
- Ability to load and unload product safely
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds
- Operation of forklift and piggyback forklift
- Team player with good customer service skills
- Ability to read, speak and write English
- Reliable transportation to work each day
- Experience handling building products with roofing/siding product knowledge
- Ability to multi-task and be detail oriented
