Class B CDL Driver - Water Truck

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Drive and operate a water truck safely on and off the project sites
• Pre and Post Trip inspection of the truck in compliance with DOT regulations
• Fuel and grease truck daily
• Perform tasks involving filling, hauling, and spraying water on a project jobsite
• Spraying water by hand with a hose
• Other duties as assigned including helping crews

• Class B or A CDL License
• Current Medical Card
• Tanker endorsement required
• 2+ year's construction experience
• Knowledgeable of DOT regulations
• Willingness to learn and accept direction from supervisors
• Communication and interpersonal skills are a must
• Ability to manage time, multitask, and prioritize

• Travel - The position is located in either Greensboro, NC area or the Charlotte, NC area, with the potential of other locations throughout the Eastern Region.
• Construction Site Environment - physical ability to stand, walk, crawl, bend, reach and climb. Lifting and carrying material and objects.

• This is a Union position
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and maintain a clean driving record is required
