The Support Coordinator provides essential administrative, financial, and client-intake support to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of MARCH’s programs and internal operations. This position supports organizational compliance by maintaining accurate records, following established procedures, and assisting with documentation related to payroll, time-off tracking, and basic financial processes. The Support Coordinator serves as a point of contact for families and partners and plays a key role in supporting accountability, transparency, and consistency across organizational systems.
Responsibilities- Client Intake & Services Support
- Serve as a first point of contact for families seeking services
- Complete initial client intakes and data entry with accuracy and care in My Case
- Provide clear information about MARCH services and next steps
- Coordinate intake information with program and services staff
- Maintain confidentiality and follow organizational policies related to client data
- Payroll, PTO & Financial Support
- Assist with payroll processing in accordance with organizational policies and applicable employment regulations via ADP
- Track employee time off (PTO) and maintain accurate and up-to-date records
- Support basic bookkeeping tasks using Quick Books Online (QBO) following established internal controls
- Assist with invoice tracking, expense documentation, and financial record organization
- Support preparation of documentation for audits, grants, and reporting requirements
- Coordinate with leadership, fiscal partners, and/or external accountants as needed
Required:
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information in compliance with organizational policies
- Proficiency with basic office technology and cloud-based data systems
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities, meet deadlines, and follow established procedures
Preferred:
- Experience working in a nonprofit or human services setting
- Familiarity with client intake processes and data management
- Basic experience with ADP, Quick Books Online, and My Case
- Understanding of compliance, documentation, and internal control practices
- Professional, warm, and approachable demeanor
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team

This position works closely with the Executive Director and program staff to support the organization’s daily operations and compliance responsibilities. The Support Coordinator must be comfortable balancing client-facing responsibilities with administrative and financial tasks, following written policies and procedures, and maintaining accurate records.
Compensation & BenefitsFull-time salary: $40,000 per year.
Health insurance stipend: $5,200 per year.
Paid Time Off: 120 hours per year (eligible for one week vacation after six months).
Annual raise determined by the Federal COLA (Cost of Living Adjustment).
Paid Federal and State Holidays. 401k eligible (up to 3% salary match).
