Role Description
This is a part-time or full-time position, on-site role for a Customer Service & Sales Representative based in Liberty, MO. The role involves providing exceptional customer service by handling inquiries, assisting customers with insurance policies, and identifying opportunities to offer additional products and services. Responsibilities include processing policy changes, managing customer accounts, responding to claims inquiries, and supporting sales initiatives to meet team goals.
The representative will work closely with customers to ensure their needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Skills:
Strong interpersonal skills, active listening, and the ability to resolve customer concerns professionally and empathetically. - Sales and Relationship Management:
Proven ability to identify customer needs, recommend suitable products, and build lasting relationships through trust. - Administrative and Organizational
Skills:
Proficiency in managing customer accounts, processing policy changes, and maintaining accurate records. - Technology Proficiency:
Familiarity with computer systems, customer relationship management (CRM) tools, and other software for documentation and reporting purposes. - Self-Motivation and
Collaboration:
Ability to take initiative, work independently, and contribute effectively to a team environment. - Insurance Knowledge:
Prior experience in the insurance industry or related field is required, along with a current Insurance License, or a commitment to obtain relevant licensing within 30 days of employment. - Educational Background:
High school diploma or GED required; additional certifications or degrees in related fields are advantageous.
