With a robust presence across 17 locations, we are a bustling skilled nursing and post‑acute rehabilitation facility dedicated to providing exceptional care. We are currently seeking an experienced, dynamic, and compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant to join our expanding in‑house therapy team.

We see a diverse mix of orthopedic and neurological conditions with short‑term rehab and long‑term care residents. Our veteran team of therapists is a great group for new grads seeking mentorship and there is opportunity to build amazing patient‑centered programs in memory care, wound care, falls prevention, and many more!

• Have a valid Physical Therapy license
• Long‑term care experience preferred but welcome other clinical backgrounds
