Coordinate in-home support services between Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and persons served.;
Assign DSPs to schedules and appointments in a timely manner.;
Monitor attendance and punctuality of DSPs for service appointments.;
Maintain data integrity for all assigned records, including templates, valid authorizations, time and attendance.;
Assume on-call responsibility and may provide client direct care in the absence of appropriate staffing.
