In-Homecare Caregiver WEEKEND BAYLOR – Work 24 hours and be paid at a premium rate!

What’s in it for you:

• Weekend Baylor Friday-Sunday complete at least 24 hours and be paid a premium rate of $20.12 per hour.
• Any hours outside of Friday-Sunday will be paid at regular rate plus differentials

• Allow 1 approved weekend off every three months

• The primary responsibility of the Weekend Baylor is to work at least 24 hours Friday-Sunday and be paid at premium rate.
• Any additional hours picked up Monday-Thursday would be paid at regular rate.
• Must be available every weekend and be on time to scheduled visits.
• Must be able to work in all client settings and locations (Pets, APC, etc). Schedule for weekend will be available by Thursday of that week. Must be willing to be flexible with hours over the weekend due to last minute schedule changes.
• Be flexible and able to perform all skill levels of care; if not certified, must be APC certified through Focus Health Care in the first 60 days.
• Complete certified education topics in the first 6 months.
• Have reliable transportation and be willing to drive anywhere within the KC Metro area including Kansas and Missouri up to 30 miles.
• Possess strong Verbal & Written Communication skills.
• Be dependable.
• Must have a cell phone.
• Must possess the ability to identify what needs to be done in client homes.
• Must be willing to train new employees.

• Certified Nursing Assistant or willing to be APC trained within 30 days.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Caring and compassionate attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical ability to perform job duties.
• Valid DL and car insurance.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be able to pass a background screening through the State of MO Family Care Safety Registry And KDHE.
