Manage and ensure accuracy of medical resident records from pre-admission to post discharge;
Maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, physicians, consultants, providers, and governmental agencies;
Demonstrate knowledge of medical terminology, laws, and regulations pertaining to LTC/SNF/AL/MC settings;
