Front Desk Receptionist

The primary responsibilities of this role include scheduling client appointments, warmly greeting clients upon arrival, and maintaining a thorough knowledge of the services offered.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional patient care, possess excellent communication skills, and be well‑spoken and articulate. They should be flexible with scheduling, have strong analytical and decision‑making abilities, and exude a friendly, outgoing demeanor. Additionally, they must be able to multitask effectively, work well in a team, and be comfortable with basic computer and software applications.

Work Schedule

This is a full time position requiring 30‑35 hours per week. The role is onsite with standard working hours. We believe in maintaining a healthy work‑life balance while ensuring business needs are met.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and check‑in patients, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
  • Collect patient information and enter it into the system.
  • Escort patients to exam rooms, ensuring they are comfortable.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of exam rooms between appointments.
  • Process patient check‑outs and collect required fees.
  • Answer phone calls, retrieve voicemail messages, schedule appointments, and direct calls to the appropriate staff.
  • Prepare patient charts and handle all administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Ensure the waiting area remains comfortable and tidy.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
  • Experience managing phone systems and scheduling
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and typing skills.
