Personal Injury Attorney — Liberty, MO | Kansas Metro

Aramjoo Law Firm is growing and seeking a Personal Injury Attorney (3–5 years of experience) to handle a mix of pre‑litigation and litigation matters. This is a full time, in‑person role based in Liberty, MO (Kansas City metro, Northland) supporting plaintiffs in motor vehicle, trucking, premises liability, and wrongful death cases.

• Manage a plaintiff PI docket from intake through resolution.
• Evaluate liability/coverage; draft demands; negotiate with carriers.
• Draft petitions/complaints, discovery, motions; appear in court.
• Take/defend depositions; attend mediations; prepare trial (trial experience is a plus).
• Collaborate with paralegals and experts; maintain accurate file notes and deadlines.

• 3–5 years of personal injury or civil litigation experience.
• Demonstrated motions and discovery practice; deposition experience preferred.
• Strong client communication and case strategy skills; organized and proactive.
• From $110,000/year (DOE).
