Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and supply chain industry, is seeking dedicated Supply Chain Clerks to join their team. As a Supply Chain Clerk, you will be an integral part of the Supply Chain Operations team, supporting seamless logistics and customer service functions.

• Manage standard and routine data in software systems and applications to ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Update logs, documents, and files to track operational, carrier, and customer information efficiently.
• Receive and review documents for accuracy, including dates, times, locations, counts, and related details.
• Respond to basic internal and external customer inquiries regarding operations, accounts, or services, escalating complex issues as needed.
• Print and prepare forms, labels, billing, invoices, and related documents to facilitate timely processing.

• High School Diploma or GED required; prior office experience is preferred.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, Internet, web-based, and job‑specific software applications.
• Capable of performing accurate data entry and verification of information.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers.
• Knowledge of basic customer service principles and office operations.
