• Hourly Rate: $18.25/hr
• Overtime Pay: $27.38/hr after 40 hrs/week
• Paid Time Off (PTO): 4% of hourly earnings redeemable anytime in ADP as Cash

• Assist drivers with safe handling and delivery of heavy/bulky items (50‑300 lbs. with team lift)
• Load and unload packages from delivery vehicles
• Use handheld technology for routing and delivery updates
• Deliver packages with care, professionalism, and excellent customer service
• Support teammates with rescues and extra deliveries when needed

• Age: 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to lift and move heavy packages with a team (50‑70+ lbs frequently, up to 300 lbs. with partner)
• Reliable, energetic, and customer‑focused
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Must pass a standard pre-employment drug screen

• Breaks: 2 paid 15‑minute breaks + 1 unpaid 30‑minute meal break per shift
