We’re seeking a skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor who shares our commitment to creating and maintaining a welcoming, efficient, and safe environment for both residents and staff. • Train, supervise, and support housekeeping staff on daily cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms, common areas, stairways, and lounges to ensure cleanliness and safety standards.
• Manage scheduling for housekeeping shifts, ensuring adequate coverage.
• Address resident and family requests and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Monitor and maintain stock of cleaning supplies (floor cleaners, bleach, gloves, etc.).

• Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role, preferably in a large organization.
• Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning equipment and products.
• Physical stamina to meet the demands of the job.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
