Material Setup:
Read work orders, identify required materials, and feed or pile down products at the equipment;
Production Prep:
Jog products off the counter stacker and stack them neatly on skids for seamless departmental transfers;
Tracking & Accuracy:
Separate signatures, count/weigh materials, and record data on daily production sheets;
Logistics & Security:
Complete skid flags, pack slips, install strapping/bracing, and attach identifying tags to secure materials for transit;
Equipment Operations:
Stack materials into bundles, secure them with banding equipment, and occasionally operate automated machinery, industrial trucks, or hoists
